Terms of Payment


  • EU, Norway and Switzerland

    The payment should be registered on Design House Stockholm’s account not later than 30 days from invoice date. There will be a penalty interest of 2% per month when payment is received after due day.

    Other countries

    Advance against invoice (AAI). Design House Stockholm does not work with backorders or drop-ship orders. Out-of-stock products will be cancelled from customer’s purchase order.

    New Clients

    Advance against invoice (AAI). Minimum first order 8000 SEK / 800 EURO / 600 GBP. Your company ID and VAT number are required prior to delivery.

    Invoice

    All invoices are sent via e-mail. If the Customer needs an invoice by post DHS reserves its rights to add 50 SEK / 5 EUR / 5 GBP on the invoice.

    Prices

    Recommended retail prices ex VAT in SEK, EUR and GBP. We reserve the right to make price adjustments without prior notice. We reserve the right to add a fee of 50 SEK / 5 EUR when sending a payment reminder. We disclaim any liability for typographical errors and omissions in this pricelist.




Delivery conditions


  • Sweden

    DHS-DAP. DHS is responsible for arranging carriage and for delivering the goods, at the named place. DHS adds the freight cost (5% of the order value) on the invoice. Risk transfers from seller to buyer when the goods reach custom- er’s warehouse. Overdue invoices must be settled before new delivery.

    Within EU

    DHS-DAP. DHS is responsible for arranging carriage and for delivering the goods, at the named place. DHS adds the freight cost (Denmark & Finland: 5% of the order value. Other EU countries 7%. Deliveries are made to the Customer's closest street door, gate or garage access.) on the invoice. Risk transfers from seller to buyer when the goods reach customer’s warehouse. Overdue invoices must be settled before new delivery.

    Norway

    DHS-DDP. DHS is responsible for arranging carriage and delivering the goods at the named place, cleared for import and all applicable taxes and duties paid. DHS adds the freight cost (5% of the order value. Deliveries are made to the Customer's closest street door, gate or garage access) on the invoice. Risk transfers from seller to buyer when the goods reach customer’s warehouse. Overdue invoices must be settled before new delivery.

    Switzerland

    DHS-DDP. DHS is responsible for arranging carriage and delivering the goods at the named place, cleared for import (VAT and taxes if any, will be paid by the customer to the “customs”). DHS adds the freight cost (7% of the order value. Deliveries are made to the Customer's closest street door, gate or garage access) + customs cost 30 EUR on the invoice. Risk transfers from seller to buyer when the goods reach customer’s warehouse. Overdue invoices must be settled before new delivery.

    Outside EU

    Ex warehouse Nybro. Overdue invoices must be settled before new delivery.




Claims


  • Claims

    Claims should be made within 10 days from the invoice date to logisticservice@designhousestockholm.com. Products should not be returned without approval by Design House Stockholm, Customer Service.

    Forwarding agent

    DB Schenker. Delivery damage should be reported directly to the local office in your country.

    Defected products

    Defected products should be reported immediately after receiving the shipments, along with a digital photo via email to: logisticservice@designhousestockholm.com. Products should not be returned without approval by Design House Stockholm.
